These are available in number of flavors like fruity, vanilla, chocolate, peanut butter, etc. Casein, whey, egg and soya are main sources used in protein supplements.

Whey proteins are by product formed during preparation of cheese. The main function of this protein is muscle mass building. Casein protein is a major component of milk protein.
